With over 25 years of marketing and sales business experience including ten years in real estate related businesses, Kathryn brings a depth of real estate knowledge and a wealth of marketing expertise. Kathryn’s diversified marketing experience includes being Co-founder of one of the first publicly traded online marketing companies which she has utilized for effective internet marketing for her clients.

Kathryn is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), familiar with short sales & REOs, and specialized in luxury properties prior to moving to the desert. Kathryn also is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a member of the Luxury Marketing Institute.

As an avid golfer, Kathryn has been visiting the Palm Springs area since 1979 and has made Mountain View Country Club her home. Kathryn is joined by her husband, Garnett Williams who is also a Realtor, where they are both dedicated to servicing their clients for all of their real estate needs. Their Yorkie “GG” (Golden Girl) also joins them in the desert and loves lying in the sun and swimming in their pool.
